In Bangalore real estate is down. Lot of projects/apartments vacant
no buyers. All big builders have reduced prices by 20 to 30% but still
no takers in the market. Shoba one of prominent builders has redcued
prioces very much.
Situation is kind of same in Pune, Mumbai.
Are developers playing games with home-buyers? Can govt do anything about this?
What is fare market values for 1, 2 and 3 BHK condos?
